**Job Summary:**
Bay-CSS is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Part-Time Residential Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team in Waldorf, MD. This position involves providing essential support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. The schedule for this role includes Monday and Tuesday from 4pm to 9pm, and Saturday from 7am to 3pm.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and car insurance
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Must pass a background check

**Responsibilities:**
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and household chores
- Support individuals in acquiring and enhancing independent living skills
- Create and maintain a safe and nurturing environment for residents
- Follow individualized care plans as directed by supervisory staff
- Document resident progress, incidents, and any relevant information accurately
- Collaborate with residents, their families, and team members to ensure effective communication and care coordination

**Compensation:**
- $21/hr Monday to Friday
- $2 shift differential for Saturday and Sunday
