**Job Summary:**
Bay-CSS is seeking a responsible individual to fill the role of Part-time Direct Support Professional (DSP) for overnight shifts in Leonardtown, MD. The position requires availability on Thursday through Saturday from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. The hourly rate for this position is $21/hr. with a $2/hr. weekend differential pay.
**Qualifications:**
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and car insurance
- Ability to pass a background check
- Capacity to lift at least 50lbs
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
**Responsibilities:**
- Monitor premises and individuals during the night shift
- Respond promptly to emergencies and disturbances
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately
- Provide excellent customer service to all individuals on the premises
**Schedule:**
- Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am
