Job Summary:
Bay-CSS is looking for a dedicated full-time Overnight Direct Support Professional (DSP) to fill an essential position at our Residential Program in Leonardtown, MD. The DSP will provide overnight assistance to individuals with disabilities and will receive a competitive pay rate of $21 per hour with a $2 weekend differential. The role requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation with car insurance, and the ability to lift at least 50lbs.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work overnight shifts and pass a background check
- Must attend and successfully complete all required trainings

Responsibilities:
- Provide support to individuals with disabilities during the specified shifts
- Assist with daily activities like meal preparation, personal care, and medication management
- Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals under your care
- Document daily activities and incidents accurately
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors for consistent care delivery

Schedule:
- Thursday: 10pm to 8am
- Friday: 2pm to 10pm with continuation from 10pm to 8am
- Saturday: 10pm to 8am
- Part-time position with overnight shifts
