We are seeking a DSP (Direct Support Professional) to join our team at our Day Activities Center in Annapolis, MD. The DSP will provide support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities in a day program setting. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm, offering a competitive pay rate of $21 per hour.

**Qualifications:**
- Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is highly desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide compassionate care and support to individuals with diverse needs
- Demonstrated reliability and dependability

**Responsibilities:**
- Assist individuals with daily activities and goal planning
